Jacksonian America was known as a form of democracy that was based on the busy of the common man, limitations of the federal official government, the western expansion and rootlement. It was named after President Andrew Jackson and purposed to form a democracy party which would make the state more of a nation then a monarchy. Jacksonian America had brought major changes to society and regime by creating a modern democratic party. When in office, Jackson and his governments assimilate on native people had become the foundation of the Indian removal. This removal within states was known as the Indian Removal Act in 1830. This removal had disregarded Washingtons policy which aloud Indians to brandtle in the southeast as they were considered American Indian. As the Cherokee vs. Georgia compositors case confirmed that natives were dependent people who needed protection, the influence had been put into practice. When the act was passed Jackson had believed that the lands which on ce belonged to the Indians could be used by his benefit, which can support future votes during elections.Jacksons form of democracy produced many reforms which confronted the societal ills of the day because he made some political changes which were very contradicting. In example, He was concern for the interest of man but not both man held the same rights as others due to social classes.
